If I use the CLSID, it opens Settings and some faux Control Panel window that I can't close without restarting Explorer!

...if you’re looking for more advanced controls that lived in the System page in Control Panel, you can still get to them from the modern About page if you need them!

Getting too clumsy, feel like I'm tripping all over the place to find stuff now!!!

I just put stuff like that in Desktop right click...

I didn't look into it too closely, but it looked like a similar version of the Mach2 Tool.

yes for build not 20161.1000 (rs_prerelease) if press system ..it will show-up like this
