Hi there
compared with 20H2 (330 --not the 331 version) openssh server was working -- openssh server (from the add optional applications in the windows settings menu) failed to install on the 330 release.
It's all working properly on this release - no issues at all so far with it either (this is the 21H1 release).
You need the openssh server if say you want to ssh INTO windows from Linux or use ftp type programs (such as filezilla) to transfer files FROM the windows machine to the NAS / Linux machine using sensible encrypted (and fast) protocols like sftp -- don't waste time using things like RDP for that purpose --slow and not secure --especially if doing it over the Internet.
You also need the openssh server if you are playing video content from your Windows machine via say a client app like KODI or VLC into a smart TV -- without the openssh server you won't get access to the video files on your amazon TV box to feed into your TV. (You don't need a video server on the Windows box - just a client application on the box -- firestick etc accessing the files to play via its own media player --probably something like KODI or VLC.
I use the openssh on the Windows boxes -- I send a script from the Linux box -- this is executed on Windows to connect to the linux server and send a Windows image (taken by Macrium) to the NAS - and then run an rsync command to back up users data files that have changed or been created since the last run.
I use a Firestick box to play video into a TV -- things like KODI and VLC can be sideloaded easy enough -- it's an ANDROID system -- remember when installing it's either ARM32 or 64 depending on the model of the box -- ARM32 will work in both cases. This is IMO better than using the often hideous pre-installed apps on some smart TV's !!! Same principle I suppose f you use ROKU devices or similar.

Hi folks again
This is why I like filezilla for file xfer over the internet -- getting respectable 63 Mib/s xfer from Hotel wifi and laptop to my remote NAS server at home
sending some old video files -- typically around 2 - 3 GB each although a couple of bigger ones.
Whole job done quickly , safely via sftp , encrypted and without fuss --forget trying remote connection and sending via a Linux GUI at the remote end -- can't get full remote Linux GUI working anyway on kernel 5.7.X.
Working correctly on this build (had problems on 20H1 build 330
61GB transferred over Internet in around 10 mins !! (8 mins 56 secs)
This app also works for Windows to windows (and is free)
Cheers

Does anyone have the Adobe Creative Cloud apps (x64)? They do run on 2015x, right? Someone on Reddit said they didn't, attributing it to the known issue mentioned in my last post. I find it hard to believe that they don't, since they're extremely high-profile, like PhotoShop.
Still have no bugs with this build. Sleep works out of the box (default), event viewer shows warnings and errors normally or the same for 5 years. No incidence on stability.
Installation of Adrenalin has been always made offline after a fresh install to avoid the Lenovo AMD display drivers.
There is no relation between the .Net KB file and the Radeon app, it is not there offline and removing it has no side effects. Nothing wrong with our usual setup either.
The machine is dual boot with U20.10 and Kernel 5.8 works OK now. CPU speed remains at 0.00 GHz.
Reported last build
Just No!
This build hates my pc for some reason that I can not figure out.
Attempted windows update upgrade from 20150_1000 resulted in a blue screen reboot loop.
Upgraded with uupdump ISO from 19041_329 actually let me get things installed and setup.
Upon returning from refilling my coffee, I was greeted with both monitors appearing to be asleep.
When they wouldn't wake up, I did a hard reset which led to a bluescreen reboot that wouldn't boot at all.
Couldn't even get into the bios. Had to clear cmos to even make it into the bios and set things back up.
Haven't had that happen with this setup....well....ever. Thought the old girl was toast there for a minute.
Restored my saved overclock settings in the bios and Macrium Reflected back to 18363_900 for now.
That was plenty adventure for one day lol. I'lll be sitting this flight out. Maybe next week will be better.
peace
