Same issue, PIA to enter info and security code each time.
Weird it still claims it is downloading (really slow) even though it said it was ready to launch.
I let it complete and rebooted and same issue.

I just talked to Amazon support and they said it is for XBOX only.
Sounds like a MS trained helper.

I just use my browser for Prime Videos on my PC but 99.9% of the time I use my Smart TV app.
