    This spreadsheet lists the policy settings for computer and user configurations that are included in the Administrative template files delivered with for Windows 10 May 2020 Update (2004) . You can configure these policy settings when you edit Group Policy Objects.

    It's about time. AFAIK there hasn't been an updated version available to download since the one for 1809.

    Baseline downloads always had an excel document of all the group policies and their recommended settings.

    To add to OilerNut's post, in Group Policy Settings Reference Spreadsheet Windows 10 version 2004 - TenForums the GPA setting Always use custom logon background is listed [row 2520] as being in the Registry at
    HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System!UseOEMBackground
    so perhaps
    - that linked procedure still works, or
    - there is a way of setting this item up manually.

    I do not use Pro so this is no more than a suggestion.
