Windows 10 Insider Preview Beta Channel Build 19042.330 (20H2) June 16 Insider

Noticed some odd changes to the registry where build and version are stored after installing beta-channel-build-19042-330.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion has value 2009 for string ReleaseID and value 20H2 for string DisplayVersion which is a new string.

ReleaseID used to be the version number. So what is value 2009 ?

20H1 = version 2004 (2020 April)
20H2 = version 2009 (2020 September)

Change your build in settings to 19042.330 to go with Ver. 20H2

Hi,
At least for me, I really think this is a major step by microsoft in the right direction. When I installed this latest build on my desktop computer, even though the installation prompt stated that due to all of the feature's this contained that it might take longer than normal, at least for me it seemed to install very quickly and without any issue's. I was really hoping that at least my windows security icon that sits on my taskbar down in the notification area would have possibly been changed to the newer fluent style of icon that I see when I'm using my windows 10 pro, 64-bit version lenovo laptop, but it didn't. Somehow my computer must be on the 'don't send this user the new windows security icon' list.

Query -- Do SSD's really need to be optimised -- excuse my ignorance here but aren't decent SSD's and M2 type things so good anyway is it worth the extra overhead needed in the OS kernel and I/O subsystems anyway. Surely streamlining and optimising the OS IMO would be of far more value.
