I do not know what happened. After restart, keyboards (laptop and external) stopped working. Writing this with on-screen keyboard.
Repair install fixed my keyboard issue.

I don't know if this is new but I had previous Fast Ring build installed using uup and during setup I set diagnostics to basic.

I then joined Fast Ring to test upgrading to latest and of course I had to set diagnostics to include optional diagnostics.

    Joined Fast Ring ok.

I then noticed you could set diagnostics back to basic (no optional diagnostics).

On previous builds you could not set it to basic only.

So I set it to basic and it refused to upgrade to next version complaining diagnostic level was not right.

So here is the interesting thing - if you want to a avoid the next Fast Ring update, set diagnostics to basic.
