I got this update on my two machines running 1909 and my machine running 2004. According to my control panel I also received flash plugins updates for my chromium browsers and firefox (i.e. Adobe Flash Player 32 NPAPI and Adobe Flash Player 32 PPAPI).
Strangely, none of these updates have updated Chromium Edge on any of my three machines. If you go to edge://components you'll see it still shows flash version 32.0.0.371. Manually checking for updates on the components page does not change this, it says "Status - No update available" when you try. I have sometimes noticed Google Chrome can be a bit slow with updating components, but if you manually check the flash plugin via chrome://components, it always downloads it if a new one is available (as it has today). Not so with the new Edge though. Everything should now be at 32.0.0.387 according to: Adobe - Flash Player
In Windows Catalog I can't see the upgrade for v. 1909 x64, only x86. What update I must download, please? Thanks in advance.
I had allowed Flash on Edge Chromium before the update and after update it still had an older version. When I booted today it is now showing I have the new 32.0.0.387.

Yup same here. Chromium Edge downloaded to the latest flash version when I manually checked today in the edge://components page. It was 24hrs behind all my other browsers and what I got in Windows Update, but it got there in the end! I've only recently downloaded the new Edge, so will bear this experience in mind next round of flash updates.
do you mean MS Update Catalog?
I see both x64 & x86 versions of KB4561600 for v1909 listed for the old MUC v7 site for IE but for the new MUC site for non-IE it does not show any results (the non-IE MUC site is sometimes stupid) - just look for KB4561600 flash from here.
@erpster4:
Yes, this is the exact catalog, but, do you help me find the exact Flash version for Windows version1909 ? I can't see what I looking for. Thanks in advance, erpster4.
for insider slightly diff the number KB 4052623(ver.4.18.2006.6)
