Still no solution to WWAN

Hi, this Cumulative update (KB4560960 (OS Builds 18362.900 and 18363.900) has failed to install 12 times, gets to 95% and then backs out with the message ' We couldn't complete the update undoing changes. Do not turn off your computer'. I have done a clear of temp files and the update files. Can anyone give me a clue how to get this to install or is it due to compatibility issue. I Keep getting asked to reboot to install this update. I have the message that I will be informed when the 2004 update can be installed.
Try Run it first, then try to install.

Apart from the known WWAN-issue, is anyone seeing other connectivity problems with 900?
It installed correctly, there are no relevant Events in the Log, but VERY intermittently, (maybe twice in 24 hours) the machine fails to "talk" to the net.
Browsing (Chrome, Edge & IE) all hang, Pings don't complete - all OK before I did the update.
THis PC is hardwired to the router and other devices on the router seem OK., both hardwired and WiFi
I have, of course power cycled PC and router.
Thing is, just after the CU installed, I had to restart my router anyway so it's not exactly clear where to apportion blame.
Anyone else before i uninstall the CU?
I ran the tool and it found no issues and so far every day it tries to load this update but fails. I have a Notebook which has successfully loaded this update so I am presuming that there is a compatibility problem with my PC. Ran sfc/scannow and it found errors that could not be resolved. Waterfd,
I don't know what "tool" you are referring to. This is a very long thread.
Please refer to the tutorial on SFC-DISM - TenForumsTutorials [Option 3]
1 Extract the SFC report elements from your CBS.log [Option 5] and just post them instead of the huge list that is the CBS.log [which records lots of things not just SFC].
2 Run the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command described at the end of Option 3.
I assume you used the link on page 1 to download the update. Another CU has been issued since then so, once your SFC issues are resolved, you could download & install its related [new] SSU and then the [new] CU itself instead
