Thanks. I had done that. I noticed that there is 109MB of Windows Update files to delete but they don't get deleted despite repeating the operation and restarting the PC. Perhaps a MS bug?

Updated this morning to 18363.900. No issues noted so far. Holding off on the Version 2004 update to let it simmer a bit.

Try SFC /scannow
I've seen that fix this.

still having 1 reclaimable package after trying to clean them (and trying storage/dc/sfc/dism commands)..

judging from Bree's screenshot and my current status, 1 phantom reclaimable package equals ~54mb x 2 = ~109mb (Steve's screenshot).. this indeed seems like a bugged phantom data that might only be gone once upgrading to 2004 version.

Still on 1909 and I downloaded the latest Servicing Stack as well as the CU and ran locally. After a restart all is well. Ran Disk Cleanup (with all items checked per a tutorial here by Brink, thank you!) and the cleanup really did cleanup!

I have the same incidence. Updates are not deleted.

I also want to comment that yesterday I received this update and it was installed correctly according to the history. But today it was reinstalled.
