    This one for printers....

...isn't affecting my 19041.329, not for the Microsoft Print to PDF anyway. Tested printing from Notepad and Firefox.
It doesn't affect the Adobe pdf printer either.

I have none of these symptoms. Explorer has no perceptive lag displaying folder windows/system32 which has about 5000 entries. Not saying this Windows is perfect (I don't game) but something may be off in your setup.

    Here, it's 195.684 entries!

I have had this happen a few times. An app just goes poof without any warnings nor error messages.
    I did a "rollback forced" --> FORMAT C:
now, im (again) in 1909 for more tests... before, I dont had this "gagging" (explorer) and "sudden disappearance" (game)...

Let's give once more chance to MS!

Ok, so I have 3 issues at the moment:

    1. BT goes into sleep state and only wake up if I put computer to sleep and then power back on.
    2. File explorer complains there are duplicate files (file already exist) when I copy them to a new location.
    3. Apps sometimes go poof without any warnings or error messages.

Each error is a new one introduced in this order after a CU. So I have more issues now than I had before these "fixes".

    Hi folks
    Mine working perfectly.

I restored a VM image of this build to an HP envy laptop via Macrium Free restore from VM to the laptop as a V2P - Virtual to Physical Conversion - and after doing "fix boot problems" and one or 2 updates (e.g display).

Everything that I need on this build is working just fine ("so far") - including finally Networking which always seems to be a bit problematical with windows updates.

So sticking with this build for the time being.

I suspect those on the fast ring will receive another build shortly as that build is due to expire on 31 July.

Haven't experienced the file explorer duplicate entries stuff --probably because the only places I move data to is to an external NAS server.

    Cheers

    W10 installation sucks

Why is it taking sooooo loooong to install this upgrade?

7 hours so far. Gets to somewhere in the 9s percent installing and stops then goes back to "getting ready" followed by lengthy installation. Can I stop this vicious cycle?

if it's getting into the installation, stopping, and going back before the restart.. check the Event Viewer or the ReportingEvents file in SoftwareDistribution because it sounds like a thing where there was an error followed by a retry.

If there's an error, is the code 0x8024200d? (which is a "needs another download" error). Are there any things showing up on the ReportingEvents file during the download of 2004? (such as "Dynamic Update" checking for updates).

Just asking since some of those things happened with my upgrades. But at a lower percentage than yours.

If you are using Ricoh printer, you might want to read this:

I am using a Ricoh Aficio MP C3500 with PCL5 (default), PCL6 and Lexmark PS driver. Everything is fine so I guess your mileage may vary. I am using Windows Update driver. Maybe it's Ricoh Drivers that aren't working fine.

    Well spotted!

@Brink, like the equivalent one for 1909/1903, this is now released and should available from the update catalog only (though it doesn't seem to be there yet).

Edit: now available on the update catalog.
