Looks like most people have. Definitely joins the list of Windows annoyances. I'm looking forward to getting the ferrous release or Windows 21H1 real soon now. Looks like they are trying to clear out a backlog of 20H2 fixes and we are the victims.

Feeling much better now that I have received my backup drive (WD Elements 2TB external drive). I might use my backup software to move this system to the smaller SSD and open up the 1TB SSD for 4 Linux distros like I had a while back.

After I got that .net update twice, I just booted to insider and didn't get that update any more.

Successfully used AOEMI Backupper Pro to swap the disk (Windows and Linux) between SSDs allowing enough room for Windows and plenty of room for more flavors of Linux on the larger SSD. I'm quite satisfied for tonight.
