Yeah, I can't see the info I am looking for, can you use this code and upload the info.txt file instead. run cmd as admin as usual.
Edit: Just so I can assist you right, please tell me the exact model of your laptop,Code:meinfowin64 /verbose info.txt
I am assuming you have an Intel chipset, so please update only if you have intel Chipset the latest intel chipset drivers, from here Download Chipset INF Utility
Sleeping/ waking up issues, can be caused by many reasons, but if you describe the high CPU usage while waking up so it could be and I believe it is the Intel me, I will wait for the info.txt
Edit: there are no errors, your Laptop has old firmware 9.5 let me attach the correct Meinfo file again, dont do anything righ now

Edit 2: I may not be able to reply anytime soon, you are probably ok, just use the last ME driver for your firmware.
Most likely the bios update could have solved your problem, with the latest ME I hope you are fine.
If not, I may work with you, just please remember to update the ME driver and attached the Info.txt, I am suspecting it is the LMS if it is installed, but let us check the info first.
Update also you graphic drivers, they may help with sleeping issues as well,
Good luck, waiting for your feedback
Fianlly I got the 2004 offered to my wife's desktop - 6 yrs old but still crisp and reasonably fast for daily task. But by God, this 2004 update is slow, an hour on getting prepared, a very slow download and now it is installing. Not finished after 2 hrs ??? - but so far no errors. Anybody else experienced such a slow installation of 2004?
@Jen1 Thanks for that but there is no executable in win10.7z that I can see and the ME dvr failed. Ended prematurely with "Fatal error during installation". Very illuminating! Several log files but can't see what went wrong.
I had already updated video dvrs.
It didn't crash overnight so will give it a couple of days to see if some magic has occurred!
Thanks. Tried the inf rt click and got, "The INF fiile you selected does not support this method of installation"
Operation not allowed in WOW64.
