It should. Part of the prep with MCT is checking your system for compatibility space, etc. If you have a hardware block, it should tell you.

There's a problem with some Realtk BT and connecting more than one device, maybe the reason.

MS is doing a staggered rolllout of this update. If you want to continue with the MCT, it will update you now. Your choice. Looks like you are compatible.

No Idea, maybe just checks for Realtek BT. My was all clear and still didn't get update over WU, had to use ISO
