I still much prefer Nvidia, though. Much better hardware, and more stable drivers.

More expensive though and unless you pick up top of the line there's always an AMD with same/similar characteristics for less money. AMD GPUs while it was still owned by ATI were atrocious, nowadays they are just fine with extensive tuning facilities.

Plus, current AMD cards don't even support DirectX 12 Ultimate, so some of the more interesting features of WDDM 2.7 won't be present.

Does it support hardware accelerated GPU scheduling, at least?

When trying to get the false 2004 MCT, it generates two folders. You must delete them.

19:00 CET so thats 18:00 GMT. just a wee bit over an hour to go. is this just for the media creation and no cumulative update? i'm on v19041.264 already.
