Any one can report these issue using the Feedback Hub which is an App that is installed by default. All of these issues have been reported on there many times.

" Then you accept the issue "................I reported the bug to MS , dont think it will be solved soon .
May I remind you of the VSS-event errors ?..........It took 6 (!) months for MS to fix it finally.........

" Does Microsoft have a dedicated website for civilians to report these and other kinds of problems? "..............you can also open the "Help-app" , and ask for a MS-technician to explain the event-bug .
The "help" was very dissapointing ; " Dont look in the eventviewer !! " ( the easy solution of MS !)

    Hi-
I have a fairly new Lenovo Idea Center, all-in-one desktop, powered by an AMD Ryzen processor and an AMD GPU. I am currently running Windows 1909. Do you think I can safely upgrade to 2004 using MS' Upgrade Assistant, or should I continue to wait for WU? BTW, I've seen no notifications that MS has rolled out 2004 for AMD-based systems. It appears to me that Intel-based systems are MS' priority, since these systems represent the majority of their installed customers. Your advice
and thoughts on this subject are appreciated. Thanks.
I would make a disk image backup first before upgrading.

That way, if anything goes sideways, including the 10-day rollback, you can quickly get back to where you were.

Thank you for your response. That's sound advice which I will follow. Do you see any problem using Upgrade Assistant?

    Hi,
After creating system image use the media creation tool and right click the iso file and click on mount.

    Hi,
Faster just right click setup.exe and use run as administrator.
Disconnect from the internet too it's faster too.

The speed increase (with Optane) was decent but the app launching was only
    mediocre .
I replaced the 16 gig optane with a 500 gig Nvme and took it out of raid .
And put my OS on it. Still boots pretty fast.

I tested Upgrade Assistant and it worked.

Interestingly, it said everything was good to go, when Windows Update said it wasn't ready yet.

I personally like having bootable installation media, for a couple reasons -

    1. I don't have to make a Recovery Drive (USB), or a System Repair Disk (CD/DVD).

    2. I can use it to do a Repair Install using an In-Place Upgrade.
