The B release contains all the latest non-security patches. The optional C/D releases are made available as a preview of quality updates to be included in the next Patch Tuesday release. While it is true that the B release is the only one to have new security fixes, any CU can (and usually does) have new quality updates.

Ok but since there haven't been any C/D releases will there be any non-security updates tomorrow?

I certainly hope so, last month's B release resolved a number of known issues. But there are enough unresolved issues yet to fixed. I'd be very surprised if none get fixed tomorrow.

My problem is looking more like a bug as stated.
dalchina has been kindly helping me & has noticed there’s no power management tab under touchpad.

I just checked mine and there is no power tab there either. I was looking on my Desktop at the Mouse for my previous post, sorry, thought they would be similar.

Drivers for my PC are available from the PCSpecialist website under my account. The only other way is to go to the Clevo website & search for the drivers by laptop model. In both cases the last driver listed is from around 2016.
I have to find these drivers elsewhere.
    Everything was fine with 1909.

2016, not much help there. What kind of touchpad do you have?

    Major manufacturers include:
    • Alps Electric Corporation.
    • Elan Microelectronics.
    • Cirque Corporation.
    • Synaptics.
