4.1.2.73 Does not fix anything for many, read on their forums.

I have had this in the past with previous MWB versions (I have a lifetime licence), so much I removed it for years as I doubt they will ever fully fix the slowdown issues.

Chris, that's been happening more and more lately, as in last few days. More and more member are reporting an incident of the disappearing update.

Sure smells like MS is tapping the brake and slowing things down in the rollout.
Hopefully MS are tweaking it so it will be good to go when I have it offered again through windows updates

    Chris.

Uninstalled MBAM 6 months ago ............it does not find anything , its bloated and it crippels your system ............
My OS runs better ( and faster !) without these eternal beta-crap !

The MB beta has now been released Joan.

    Latest Version of Malwarebytes
Yes I've got it now thanks. I just wondered if he'd tried the Beta version before stopping the Ransomeware component as I'd tried to update twice with no luck but everything was fine after going Beta with Malwarebytes.

    Safe Downloaad

I version 2004 was offered to me, so i download and installed. Started having some issues with it. I called Support and the first thing he said was if you can remove it go back to previsious version 1903. So when will we be told the verson 2004 will be safe?

This thread would be a good place to find out. Just read the threads in the different forums dealing with Updates, Installations & Upgrades from time to time to get a feel for what others are experiencing. When the cries of pain and suffering die down we will know it is time.
The first post in this thread is a good indicator too. When most of the known issues are solved or mitigated then we will know it is time.

You don't say what your issues were, but if they are any of those listed as 'known issues' in post #1 then keep checking back, when they are resolved the post will be updated to say so. If they are not listed, then still check back, Microsoft may add them to the list of known issues.
