UUPdump took 40 minutes from start to finish. This is much better than trying to use Windows Update that gets stuck at in the 90%s. The update was stuck for over a hour before I decided to hit the restart button. I know MS wants us to use Windows Update so it can be tested. Why don't they try to improve it?

Downloading and installing now. Will report back if anything interesting or weird happens.

Does anyone know how to stop Windows update from wanting to try installing this build again?

I found a way to stop it. I deleted the file in the Windows/SoftwareDistribution/ Download folder and rebooted and checked for updates. It still wanted to retry. Then I tried pausing updates and selecting to allow updates again. Now it's updating .NET 3.5 and 4.8.

I'm sorry for anyone having any problem - DooGie and AndreTen, and Edwin if he is still having it. At least MS acknowledges it as a problem, so they are aware some people are having the problem. I think all of us have had our share of problems at some time or another.
