The main goal here is to get DoH active in any browser. That does not include Encrypted SNI.

@ krzemien, network.security.esni.enabled > true > Works for FF stable too.

    Thank's,

Standard FF supports it as well (I'm on the 76.0.1 at the moment) but I think one needs to tweak configuration settings. Details how to configure any of it are here:

    Cloudflare ESNI Checker | Cloudflare

Click applicable 'Learn more...' and take it from there.

[from here: Encrypt it or lose it: how encrypted SNI works

Type about:config in the address bar

    Accept

Find network.security.esni.enabled and set it to true].
Thanks for the tip. I changed the setting in Firefox and all 4 test passed.

Thanks @MikeMecanic, I was testing in Edge Dev but in Edge stable it works.

Check in Tools - Options - General- Network Settings - Settings and see if Enable DNS over HTTPS is checked.

How to Enable or Disable DNS over HTTPS (DoH) in Firefox

Enabling the reg tweak does not require any other things. It overwrites existing parameters in Chrome Dev84, FF76, FF78 and New Edge stable.

Screenshot tells that the change in Regedit may not have been applied successfully. Close the network switch and restart. No need to tweak FF, EnableAutoDoh does it for you.

I might change the registry manually

Deleting the reg tweak may produce the same side effect. If so, the network must be close + restart to apply changes.

Even if the tweak is robust, this is a tricky one because we're asking the Network to change its behavior.

What's the advantage of this compared to this feature I've been using for a while How to Enable or Disable DNS over HTTPS (DoH) in Google Chrome ?
