Unlike all of you, I use AOEMI Backupper to make my images mostly because I paid for the Pro version and have received excellent technical support from the company. It would be a pain in the butt to lose the entire Windows installation but hardly the end of the world (that has already happened of course
). Figure I'll hang out in Kubuntu Grovvy until a new build drops - hopefully later today. Miss the days when we used to get advance warning of new builds.
I started making two backups on two separate HDDs. I make one with Macrium and the other with EaseUs Todo Backup. I forgot I had EaseUS Todo on another computer I wasn't using anymore. I decided since I had purchased it I should start using it again.

I still use windows backup and restore to create system images lol

neck breaking issue but, it's drivin me nuts nonetheless!!!
I think it’s the last one on the known issues list if you check the first page

Years ago I use to depend on System Restore. After several failures to do a restore I gave up on it. I'm surprised at the number of users that still don't make backups.

It failed me almost every time I relied on it. Now I don't even waste drive space doing restore points anymore, but rely 100% on Macrium backups.

I only use System Restore only if it is from the same day or the day before. Any restore point further back than that is almost always a waste of time, according to my own experience. MR to the rescue and Bob's your uncle. LOL

I've been clicking Check for updates since around 1:00 and still nothing.

I'm not going to give such high marks to the Insider program in the next pulse survey. And I will tell them they can contact me (not that they will)

Hello, after upgrade to 19628.1 ELAN fingerprint does not working anymore even after reinstall drivers, rebind Windows Hello.
After rollback to stable release works again.
