    Hi there
just goes to show that Networking on Windows has advanced little beyond "Gandalf the Wizard" stage.

I can't think of any reason why this build doesn't map the devices for me but the standard 1909 363 build works perfectly -- both hosted on the same computer and identical SSD's -- same make, capacity etc etc.

Great if yours is working - but it's still NO GO for me.

Just to ensure that I did the tests properly -- I even wiped the two SSD's and restored -- swapping the destination drives so that OS1 was on the one I had OS2 on.

Nobody can accuse me of not being fairly rigorous in my tests -- even at work people say --"Give it to him --he'll always be able to break something that others run without a problem " !!!!

    Cheers
    jimbo
I've got the same issue as you. File explorer can't enumerate any networked PC or NAS. You can address the PCs by \\server\share but the NAS you can only address by IP address.

    Hi there
    Thanks !!!!

I'm sure I'm not going Bonkers -- but coming out of Lockdown (at least here) I'm off now for a few drinks in the pub today !!!!!!! -- Amazing how we missed these businesses --I'm sure other places / counties will also be glad when these re-open again

    Cheers

    Hi there
at least the totals are going down considerably --- glad though I don't have to worry about a person in charge of that great City (London) who even when Govt says avoid if poss using public transport and then closes some of the main bridges across the Thames (Waterloo, London Bridge etc) to cars, has no more car parking space available and cuts the tube / bus system down so huge lines for people to get on the thing.

Anyway I'm sure it'll all come out OK in the end. Hot Summer and sunlight kills the thing anyway.
    meanwhile just stay safe !!

I really miss though English Premier league footy --- Bundesliga is starting so perhaps that's better than nothing -- not the same though !!!

    cheers

Public (\\WDMYCLOUD2) is the identity I use for Mapping but I wonder if I'm not getting the problem because I don't use a Server-based Network.

I'm afraid the mayor of London is playing politics. He's up for re-election.

They are showing some "Cornhole" league on TV here now. It's almost as exciting as the TiddlyWinks league

Cornhole is like Horseshoes for Democrats. Safe and guaranteed not to injure anyone.

Anybody find any more info on the 'no Taskbar thumbnail previews'?

This is starting to piss me off!

I often need a hover preview of other apps while I'm streaming!!!

It is completely random Approx everytforth time tile is displayed. First time is almost always blanck with transparency color, second time is blank, but white...etc

You have more chances to show content., if you change display size of the window

I noticed that in the last 2 builds, I minimize file explorer, hover my mouse and it’s blank then I hover a second time and the preview is their.
