    I've tried so many things now and I still can't update with this one in my Test installation (drive: O:).
    Main (drive: C:) is fine.
    I posted along with a DISM log here.

    A new known issue: 'After installing this update on a Windows 10 device with a wireless wide area network (WWAN) LTE modem...' was added on the 22 May.

    Unfortunately it is true ..... continual reboots on my WU test (oldest system) computer , so I haven't let it on my others yet....admittedly it is an old i7-950 system that is 10 years old but , I'm not sure that is the issue since there isn't much info out there about the cause....

    Just a quick update...
    Well I let it back on the system and the crash>reboot after 2-5 minutes in windows has stopped , only side effect now seems to be the inability to use the Start>Power>Shutdown or Sleep Option.....I have to use the physical button to shut it down now, so I guess they made some changes to the Files in the CU.

    After updating KB4556799, my AMD X570 motherboard + Thunderbolt 3 AIC start to show issue.
    After resuming from Sleep mode, the system cannot enter Windows 10 with <reboot>.
    It seems related to NVME driver. Change back to previous version, the issue is gone.

    @jasonchou519

    This is a long standing issue for early adopters, the hardware manufacturers often fail to meet the required issue date for drivers to be included By microsoft in the official download.

    Keep checking on the driver page/site of the manufacturer of the NVME drive/device, for a driver update. Hopefully they are working hard to catch up

    I disagree.

    Why OS upgrade would even necessitate driver update - if OS is quintessentially built on the same codebase?

    Isn't it where such problem lies?

    Whether you agree or not the fact remains - some items require new drivers after a new OS. Nothing new here.

    I have read Samsung's drivers are causing Issues in 2004 too and assume that is why M$ has blocked 2004 on my computer with a Samsung 970 NVME Drive....

    KB.
