MRT, which is what you are referring to, has normally been issued monthly but it does always have a version number.
    - Starting this month, MRT will only be issued every three months [see the first of the links].
    - MRT is also available from Remove specific prevalent malware with Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - MSSupport and Download Malicious Software Removal Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center
    - MRT is discussed in Malicious Software Removal Tool - TenForumsTutorials

First thing I noticed after installing this CU is that all the previous updates in Update history are gone. Besides that glitch, everything else seems to be working fine.

weirdly after installing this bundle and going through the DISM commands as i usually do, the restorehealth one gets to 100% and gives an error 0x800f081f that source cannot be found, then re-running check/scan says the component store is repairable but restore cant repair it..

sfc /scannow has no issues though, so might be something wrong with the online image that is used to restore from.

Edit: seems to be resolved after continueing with the analyze and start component cleanup..
am i wrong with the chronological order of the commands i usually run post a windows update?

    chkdsk
    chkdsk /scan
chkdsk /f (only if previous commands give errors)

    sfc /scannow

    dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    dism /online /cleanup-image /analyzecomponentstore
    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    sfc /scannow

    dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    dism /online /cleanup-image /analyzecomponentstore
    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    The usual/recommended order is:

    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow
