MRT, which is what you are referring to, has normally been issued monthly but it does always have a version number.
- Starting this month, MRT will only be issued every three months [see the first of the links].

sfc /scannow has no issues though, so might be something wrong with the online image that is used to restore from.

Edit: seems to be resolved after continueing with the analyze and start component cleanup..
