Makes sense, I'm 2 hours earlier being on MT. I had to work with time for 35 years and am so familiar with GMT/UTC, all we could use in communications in maritime and aviation.

I lived in Colorado for ten years until I moved to the Bay Area. I was among the hippies wearing cowboy boots

The longest I ever spent in CA was the 3 months USN Recruit Training Center in San Diego, never went to Tijuana until over 30 years later for a day.

My update is stuck at "Installing at 61%" even if I restarted the PC and stopped the service. Any quick fix for this?

    Funny...
What I meant was that when I left in the morning the computer was ON but because the power outage it turn off (of course, "need to change the battery for the Battery Backup Unit").
My guess it is that in between (ON/OFF) the update installed itself and that is the reason why when I checked it was already installed.
