    An hour and three quarters to the desktop. Once again the restart phase only had the one restart and was very quick. Maybe this is the new normal for me.

    Done. No issue so far. Video quality seems improved. The News bar is not working.

    Installed 19608 in about 55 minutes using WU. UUP Dumped failed to download. All else is working fine including SFC /scannow.
