Updated on the AMD laptop. Issue with Windows installing its own AMD driver. Trying to open the Crimson software shows this:
    Attachment 274745

so had to reinstall 20.4.1 Bit messy these two last builds I think.
Had exactly the same problem....M$ Insider Updates keep changing AMD driver on my computer.

    Hi there
Still can't get this release to connect to NAS devices automatically FROM Windows -- can connect via giving IP address which is not what I want. Using / not using SMB1 makes no difference.

Windows TO Windows is OK as is NAS TO Windows but not Windows TO NAS.

It's definitely this release because 18363.778 works perfectly whether in use as a VM or on a Windows laptop.

    Cheers

Two Ethernet-connected NAS drives, 1 IP computer connected to the Router via cable, other IP computer by Wireless, both have access to the drives and 2 cable-connected printers.

So far the only issue I've seen is the garbled sound in both.

Electrical outages are certainly disruptive. Hope all is well there and your download was fully successful.

After a reboot all is well. This is something I'm learning and I can almost say it is safe computing practice. After you upgrade to a new build the FIRST thing to do is reboot. For example VMware WS Server will not work unless you do. I just wish I could change the default browser on the News Bar to the default browser for the system, which in my case is Firefox Nightly. I believe I willl get more traction by suggesting this on 10 Forums than I would through the Feedback Hub. What do you think Shawn?
Martyfelker, rebooting has been common practice with new builds for as long as I’ve been on the forum. Always straightens out some of the problems!

Still issues with audio on the Toshiba. Will run with audio disabled for a while to see if it crashes.

Same here. Sound went bad on last build, still bad on this build. Sounds like distortion. Really does make you want to shut off sound.
