Updating now. Working through post-GUI install process right now (zoomed to 80+% pretty much right away). Now booted to desktop. Complete! Quick and painless on the Surface Pro 3.

Problems with Mail app since the last update. Communications app stopped working Opens, than after 5-7 seconds crush. If clicked anywhere, crush immediately..
