Just installed this update, after pausing for a while. All working fine. I had to play with Macrium a few times to restore the Boot Menu menu option (to boot into Macrium which I like). WIM said it was restored but it wasn't. The solution for me was to change the option to remove the boot option, reboot then put the option to back to 'Boot menu'. Worked !
Decided to run a quick Passmark test on my sys after upgrading also, and was surprised to find it lower instead of higher.
Then I remembered everything was on silent and powersaver. So ran it again with powersaver off, and it looked better, although still lower than previously. My graphics card seems to be the culprit. It usually performs very well. So I need to find out what has changed. At least this gives me something to work on.
I'm downloading this build now...had a nice long vacation out of the fast ring--now I'm ready for more sadomasochism! Tally Ho!
Did you by chance attempt to reinstall your sound device drivers? If the sound is garbled upon the boot of a new build, that would be my first move. Just thought I'd mention it.
I'm going from 18363.752 to this build--I wonder what joys of delight await me?.... (I hope, none!)
EDIT: 91% installed and counting...
EDIT: Success! Easy Peasy, I'm glad to say! No problems--didn't need to reinstall sound or 3d-card driver, etc. Longest portion of the whole thing was the online prep and install portion, which took ~30-40 minutes. From the first system reboot to the 19603.1 desktop took 11 minutes--very nice, imo. Did it all, as usual, through Win10 Update--I stopped with the UUPs awhile back.
Everything looks fine so far!
Below results are not overclocked--clock and boost are set to default, PBO set to Auto

Good to know that performance is improved - I notice its a bit snappier. Filled up my internal hard disk space with Manjaro Linux KDE.
Just tried once again to install on laptop, using iso downloaded from uupdump instead of download from WU. Unfortunately still garbled sound and system lockup. Hard shutdown required again. The drivers for internet and sound drivers were same as on previous build, so drivers not an issue. @waltc. @Berton
