Ah, of course, this is separate set of settings in the browser... Did you not go trough all this already?

How to enable DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) in Firefox | ZDNet
How to Enable TLS 1.3 in Chrome, Safari and Firefox?
I just checked and Firefox and Edge were already enabled.

I sent a feedback to Cloudflare to see if there is a setting I need to change.

I found the fix for Firefox not being able to load the page. It was a setting in Eset Internet Security. Firefox passes all test. Now to get Edge to pass all test.

You won't get Edge, or Chrome, for that matter, to pass the Encrypted SNI test as they don't support DNS over HTTPS (DoH) yet. I've tried Edge Official and the latest Canary build.

Thanks I tried and I see that option isn't available on builds 87.0664.41 and 88.0702.0(DEV).

This appears to be available on the current Edge "Stable"...or am I not understanding this issue???

It is my understanding that these must be enabled as well for DOH to actually function:

When I typed (edge://flags/#dns-over-https) into the address bar the option to turn on or off Secure DNS lookups is not there.

It's now at Settings, Privacy, search & services, Security, Use secure DNS ......

(presumably since it's no longer experimental).

All we need now is for Chrome and Edge to support ESNI.

I think you didn't mean they don't support DOH, they do and your link says how to enable that. Chrome and Edge don't support ESNI and never will. ESNI is not a community standard, so chrome is waiting for the IETF standard that is evolving from ESNI. It is called TLS ECH (Encrypted Client Hello). Don't hold your breath it will probably take a while. Once that is firmed up, it will replace ESNI.
