Thanks for the correction!
All good so far,
I will download and install this on my dedicated SSD but take my time with the VMs. Unfortunately, I think any new features for Insider or the 1 billion others is going to be on hold for the duration.

Actually it is going back to downloading. I am going to sleep
Once again, 3 computers completed without problem, but #4 keeps giving me IRQL errors. As with past two builds, I have installed newer build by taking this one back to 19569.1000 and installing from there. Don't ask me why that works, but it does. I have two other Windows Insider builds on this system, on separate drives, one with Slow Build, and one with release preview. No problems with those builds.
Update: Restored 19569.1000, then installed 19592.1001 without problems. Don't know what is in the intervening builds that keeps causing IRQL errors but once I go back to 19569, I am able to install current build. This is third time I have gone back to in order to be able to install new build.

THANK YOU!
I had this issue and I didn't knew what was causing. I found it too weird to be because of the fast ring version I used.
Not able to boot into Safe mode - it reboots when selecting the option
Do you also have issue with taking screenshots and not being saved?
The joke is that 258 people saw my thread and no one said that it's a bug
