KB4541335 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.752 and v1909 build 18363.752 Win Update

Neither Windows update or the download from the catalogue are installing for me
I've tried everything including the update troubleshooter, cleaned out the SxS folder and did component cleanup, among others.
I give up

1903 & 1909 have always had the same code base. The upgrade to 1909 just enabled some extra features.

1909 also includes all improvements from 1903. Microsoft just didn't want to include the long list with 1909 as well.

It looks like that does the same as resetting Windows Update below to make it easier to do.

Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

Updated some while back. Went OK on 6 of 6 1909 PCs. Sorry to be slow in posting: life has a very strange and unusual rhythm right now. Be safe & healthy, all!
