    Microsoft has released a new KB4541335 cumulative update to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring for Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.752 and Windows 10 version 1909 build 18363.752.

    Release notes are not yet available from Microsoft. This post will be updated if/when available.

    I noticed a minor bug with Task Manager. If the default tab is set to Performance, balloon tips wont appear when hovering the mouse pointer over the CPU Logical processors graphs.

    Downloading now for my lone RP Insider PC. I don't check this as often as I should because there's less action on this RP "ring" than on the others. But with 2004 in the offing, perhaps we'll see more action on this release in the coming weeks?
    I'll report back if anything interesting or untoward happens with this CU, but I'm not expecting much, based on recent experience and other users' comments and reactions.

    I can confirm.

    However, for me.. the mouse overs only failed to show for CPU 0 and CPU 1. CPU 0 wouldn't do either under load or on standby... CPU 1 would show standby only.
    The rest worked as normal.
