It's been like that on and off during the Insider builds. They never seem to fix it permanently. I just ignore it now.

The only thing I have it on now is my Release Preview installation. My Fast, Slow, and GA builds do not any more.

Odd, just checked for updates again. CU KB4551762 is downloading and installing again although it was installed on 3/12.

this piece of shit update causes my lenovo laptop disk usage to be pinned at 100% while nothing is being accessed on the hard drive, causing the whole system to pretty much freeze up upon booting up.

it just hangs for like 10 minutes and runs like it only has a 1mhz cpu.
