I thought in the new setup that Fast Ring would be in permanent beta.
From what I heard, there will be the major update in first half of the year, then a fixit update later in the year.

And I believe that will be done in the Slow Ring, but I could be wrong.
@swarfega A description of what the Fast Ring does now can be found here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...er/flight-hub/

I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. I'm on 19577 now, and so far, everything looks good.

The whole process took around an hour, but I kinda took a short nap in my chair, so Restart could have shown up a bit before I woke up and punched it. New look to "Restart"!

When I checked for updates on my desktop it was already downloaded so I don't know how long it took. The install took 46 minutes. Going to fire up my laptop and do the update.

Smooth update. Lasted somewhere between 1 and 17 hours... Started before sleep last night, and logged into new build when I got home today
