Two PC's done late last night, very slow on both which is unusual, otherwise no noticeable problems.

Downloaded, and installed KB4535996, KB4537572 without any issues using WU. Took a little extra time. SFC /scannow completed without no errors.

Since updating my machines they now all show "Windows Update Attention Needed" on the settings front page. But checking for updates they're up to date and there are no notifications or messages to say what the problem is.

    Anyone else seen this?

Mine froze during the updating so had to press reset switch. Fortunately it seems to have repaired the update as I am on 693.

    SFC found no errors.

Not seeing it on both of my machines. You can always try to run Disk Cleanup and restart your machine and see if the message is still there.

I've tried a reboot on both machines after running WU again and it's still there. Not a serious problem obviously but perhaps the next CU in a couple of weeks will remedy it ....

    Try running the WU troubleshooter.

You can do that, i.e., wait for the next Patch Tuesday (March 10, 2020) or check this article which contains some clues about what could be the cause of this egregious message:
