Hi there
I like the fact that loads of these "Mini PC's" come without an OS at all -- I'll bet a lot of the Bloatware providers HATE this trend.

Articles headline calls it a Collapse ,and the word was change to a Decline in the rest of the article[what I read of it] ,300 million + units sold in 3 or 4 years ,if that's a collapse then I think most things we use on a daily bases are in trouble

I find you have to push them though or they stop half way down. It almost seems they have got bored. I tried throwing them straight to the bottom of the stairs but it was slightly unsatisfying both for me and (presumably) the metal spring.MilesAhead, post: 21160, member: 195 said:

What scared me was I opened the case of a custom build I had someone do for me. Where one would expect the power supply, that spring was sitting there. :)
Not only that, but when I tried to copy and paste in Explorer the CD door opened and this brown putty was in it.

Yeah. But the downside of bouncing is it picks up dust. Makes it tough to get a clean copy. :)adamf, post: 21462, member: 112 said:

funny stuff ,I have actually seen 1 or 2 over the years brought into repair shop I sometimes help out at .that were down over quite a few stairs and the guys actually thought they could be fixed ,it was the women that tossed them that knew they couldn't .lol
