Rebuild the cache. Might work. Rebuild Icon Cache in Windows 10

Up & Running... 40 minutes to complete and no surprises!

Just installed, I had an issue where when I open high resolution video in MPC-BE, the system would stutter for half a second.
No the issue seems to be gone.
Although, I might have lost a tiny bit of GPU performance, so I'm guessing the Green Screen of Death issue was somewhat related to the GPU in this OS.

Edit: something's up with GPU performance, it's not getting fully utilized in games anymore.

This IP Build along with the new Icons is faster than 18363.657

Waiting for restart when I got back to the computer tonight. Onedrive is working again. Shared VMware-exp VM waiting for restart. Hyper-V VM Remote Desktop Connection is now working and update is downloading. Looking very good~

I'm hurt (boo-hoo). When I said I used Bing 0% of the time (I used DuckDuckGo exclusively) I was told I did not qualify for the Bing Insider Program. Boo-hoo.
