Thanks to your feedback in 20H1 builds, you can now choose to name your virtual desktops. Select the Task View icon or Win+Tab, then add a new desktop. When you select the desktop name, it will become editable.

@f14tomcat—as you can see by more recent posts that I do, indeed, have the onedrive plague too. My one computer installed everything perfectly. My other three computers, upon careful inspection, failed onedrive! I tried installing from store the onedrive app but that does not work completely on those three computers. It seems to see some of the files on onedrive, but not all of them. Periodically I get the dialog ‘one drive is not running on this computer’ when trying to open some files on onedrive. Very strange, to say the least. Why some files are opened and others indicate onedrive is not running makes no sense.
Congrats to the VMware Team that did what seemed impossible. The VMware VM is a shared VM. The Hyper-V VM is a Gen 1. VM. I could not (at least initially) get Gen 2 to work. I will now get other Hyper-V features (Sandbox, WSL2) going. The tech preview requires an Insider build equal to or greater than 19541. All these machines are this build. The preview is free. Enjoy.

I have just installed Insider Fast on my Surface Pro 5. OneDrive is missing from the tray, but is listed in Start. The icon in Start does nothing, and there is no entry in \AppData\Roaming. Not a big deal for me, but just confirming another missing OneDrive![]()
I have no problem with One Drive. It is on the taskbar in Hidden Icons and works like it always has.
