no and i can't figure it out at all, funny thing is it only does it when using restart , i have no clue and it goes into a loop when doing it, and wired issue if i power down and turn on normal it starts a ok. this all happened after using the nvidia firmware update for display port, but i can't imagine that did anything like that. i even went as far as trying a instage repair with media tool but because it does that repair stuff on restart it could not do it thus rolled back. I don't no whats going on and how to fix it . i just can't afford to loose everything.

Your answer is looking back at you but you refuse to believe it. There have been sporadic problems with nvidia updates and a BIOS update is pretty critical in my book, no tellin' what that could do to a windows update's logic.
Here's a forum search for: Nvidia drivers conflict with windows 10

    • What I would do is reverse your changes to nvidia i.e. uninstall the firmware update then test to see if your machine starts acting normally.

    • If not go to device manager and uninstall the nvidia driver(s) for your card then restart windows and see if windows can offer a compatible driver(s) for the card. You may want to visit Brinks sticky thread mentioned below before you try this.

    • Then if you still desire to, uninstall the kb4524244 update

If your machine is still acting up I suggest you start a new thread here: https://www.tenforums.com/graphic-cards/ Notice in the sticky threads @Brink has a nvidia thread and if you scroll down just a wee bit in his first post you'll see a tool to install the firmware update, this may be the same tool you've used but I don't know if you have or not.

Shawn is usually good on keeping the info in his posts updated and this one looks chock full of current version numbers. If you do start a new thread there post back with the link, I'd be happy to follow it.

p.s. I would assume that you're diligent on making backups if you can't afford to lose everything.

    Thanks, I'm subscribed.
You're in good hands with the group that is working with you so I'll be lurking for now, don't let any detail no matter how small go unmentioned as it may take awhile to figure out, listen and perform their instructions carefully.
