Your Windows RE is disabled. How did you install Windows? I suppose Windows RE should be enabled by default.

You simply uninstall this from control panel why these registry entries are so important.

The "nasty" KB4524244 not present ( removed by using Macrium backup)

If you want to remove CatalogsToUninstall registry entry(to clear the winsxs folder), type cleanmgr.exe in search and when it opens select to clear system files also. The registry entry will be removed after you restart the system.

no and i can't figure it out at all, funny thing is it only does it when using restart , i have no clue and it goes into a loop when doing it, and wired issue if i power down and turn on normal it starts a ok. this all happened after using the nvidia firmware update for display port, but i can't imagine that did anything like that. i even went as far as trying a instage repair with media tool but because it does that repair stuff on restart it could not do it thus rolled back. I don't no whats going on and how to fix it . i just can't afford to loose everything.
