IE 11 is there for me but not Edge.

You can delete Edge and IE in the Add and Delete features area. I got rid of them a long, long time ago... And if you ever need either again, it's pretty easy to just pop back in there and add them back. But that totally solves their obtrusive behavior in the mean time. And it only takes like less than two minutes to do this in either direction.
From what I saw when I went "dumpster diving" into Apps, is that IE is tied to a few gazillion things in Windows.

    And that's just a sampling.

MS used "microsoft-edge:https://example.com/" urls which get picked up by Windows and sent to Edge. I use a nifty utility on GitHub called EdgeDeflector to override this.
    Good morning, Baby Blue.

I see that the latest release of Edge Deflector is November 2017. Is there a later release? I'm a little leary of putting something that's no longer in production on my computer. Kinda looks like that may be the case with this one.

    I don't have a 590MB partition, I have a 529MB partition.

This layout is after a clean install of Win 10 Pro X64 1909 RTM.
This is thread for Fast ring, not 1909 RTM. If you upgrade from 1909 into 2004 slow or fast, then you'll see two Recovery partitions, if you clean install, then you'll see only one on the right side instead of one on the left.

Anyone else seeing this or not, that their Windows 590mb Recovery Partition is shown as 100% free in Disk Manager? Maybe this is a side affect of doing upgrade.
I have two Recovery Partitions on my desktop. The first one is 499 MB and the second one is 483 MB. They both show as being 100% free in Disk Management

    Ok, thank you for confirming.

    Now mystery is:
    1. What usage shows third party bootable tools.
    2. Is there any side affects having recovery partition empty.
    3. What is shown with clean install.

You're correct sir. It's been a while, and M$ seems to keep changing it. But now if you want to get rid of Edge, you can end it in Task manager, then go to C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
and rename Edge to EdgeREMOVED. I used UNLOCKER to rename it, as the sys tries to stop it. But with Unlocker, it works. Then it's no longer a part of your system. But if you want to reinstate it, just rename it back to Edge. This is a good solution for Wynona as well, as it's easily reversible if needed.
