don't blame the messenger --all I was saying it works for me --so all things being equal the difference is in some of the external factors -- It's only a suggestion --I didn't say it WAS the cause

Android recently updated to provide more security, SMB1 or other settings etc etc.

If that's how you respond to people essentially trying to be helpful you know what you can do next time you have a problem.

Seems to me the newest members or those with the least number of posts seem to be by far the most aggressive around here -- what a bit about some of that old school "Netiquette" again.

I do not blame you for my devices having such issue after recent Windows upgrade, it just is strange to write "Mobile provider", so I was just asking for clarification of what exactly does it mean. Only thing I updated was Windows 10, previously I had 19041.21 and it worked fine. I am very sorry for doubting in you and not knowing latest changes to Wi-fi security could cause issues after an Windows 10 upgrade, and I am sorry for asking for anyone else to confirm my issue. I was hoping there is somone else who made an upgrade instead of clean install and noticed the same Hotspot issue. I was not expecting to get labeled as an agressive person when I was just sharing my experience of the issue after the upgrade and that I was only curious if anyone could confirm same issue after an upgrade. Thank you for confirming that for your unkown devices it works with clean install and giving me advice that asking for more than one person to help is bad agressive behaviour in the forum. I will consider doing clean install later on when I got time.

Sorry for leaving wrong impression. I would gladly appreciate if you could help me out and provide me link or something else to the appropriate old school "Netiquette", because unfortunately English is not my first language and because I have not been active enough in the forum to know how it it is best to write things. If not, then I will try my best to avoid the forum until I am confident in my research and studies of the old school "Netiquette".

Did you actually update from Build 19041.21 to Build 19555? Or did you stumble into the wrong forum/thread? That may be your problem, but I'm not sure.

You asked the correct questions, Priit. Since you updated and Jimbo performed a clean install, it's quite possible an update from 19041 to 19555 created havoc with your "hot spot". That's a huge update, if indeed, that's what you did.

I saw nothing in your post that told me you're an aggressive person. You asked relevant questions. It was not wrong to ask if someone else with the same basic setup as yours could help. We all jump in if we feel we can help with the situation.

That being said, TenForums is a giant global melting pot of different languages, although we all must speak English. What this means is that there is a language barrier for some and misunderstandings can and do happen.

OK, I will compile it to simplify usage but it is possible to get source PS-file from the compiled EXE if necessary. Will do it till the end fo this week and send a link to the EXE and description document.
