    Not sure if this applies in this case, but I've had SFC corruption trouble with any Window supplied *.lnk whenever I've changed the icon under properties.

    I concur - same thing happened to me (and to my utmost surprise) quite recently and the culprit was allegedly faulty link to Vault on OneDrive (that could not have changed itself and on its own - and I did not change it either)...
    Bit of an overkill if you ask me, but hey!

    @storageman,

    Sorry for reading your post #87 a little bit late, but I have also learned something about how to fix your issue. Still, I am wondering if a repair install would have also done the trick.

    Anyhow, I am glad to see that you have sorted it all out.

    MS Account DEVICES

    Has anyone else noticed that since updating to 18363.628 (most probably just coicidence and not webbrowser but server related) all Devices listed under the MS account have become "un-"manageable ... https://account.microsoft.com/devices/
    i.e. when clicking on "Manage >" for any listed devices in the Overview nothing happens ....

    Yes, now it seems to be working only if "Find my device" is turned ON.

    You have anything set to block/delay updates in your 1903? Even the Enablement Package should show as Optional in your 1903 if nothing is blocked. Post a pic of your Windows Update screen, where you do the Check for Updates.
    Sorry that I did not saw this earlier.

    So I am not the only one not getting Kb4532695 optional in 1903 without any blocking.
    Lets see what happens tomorrow about this.

    So are you saying it still does not show as an optional update in the Check for Updates screen?
