KB4532695 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.628 & v1909 build 18363.628 Win Update

Just got it offered to me as an optional Update this afternoon (D release). The install took about 5-10 min. Everything seems to be OK so far.

Just finished downloading KB4534132 then KB4532695 everything looks good here. Sitting at 18363.628

Have yet to receive the new cumulative update but have gotten the .net update released today

WU install fails repeatedly on several machines with above error.

Failed to install the .net update and then when checking for updates found the latest cumulative. Here's hoping the .net update installs alongside the .628 cumulative this time.
