Two of my computers updated OK, but third, which is AMD Ryzen 5-2400G/Gigabyte B450 with Windows 10 Pro,18363.592, failed with error 0x80073701 via Windows Update and also failed with downloaded copy of this CU. Update Troubleshooter, SFC, and DISM CheckHealth, ScanHealth and Startcomponentcleanup all found nothing wrong.
I created a 18363.628 ISO from UUP Dump and tried to do an in place upgrade (Repair Install) as mentioned by IronZorg89 above. Ran Setup and it opened the page requiring me to enter a Product Key. It seems like when I did this in the past, I could either select that I did not have a Product Key or just click Next without entering a Key, but that was not possible. I guess that I may have to dig out the old Windows 7 Product Key from 2 years ago if there is no easier way.
Could I just use the generic Windows 10 Pro product key? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Welcome to tenforums!. Two questions come to mind with regard to your issue:
-Have you made any recent hardware change to your machine?
-Can you still sign in to your MS account?

Thank you for the reply IronZorg89. No hardware changes. Windows is Local Account.
Since my post, I tried using the generic Windows 10 Pro Key and then the Windows 7 Pro upgrade key that I used to activate windows over a year ago, but setup would not accept them. Also, looking back at my notes, I did a Repair Install last August without entering a product Key.
The ISO from UUP Dump was the default multi-version ISO, Home and Pro also with N. I am making a new UUP Dump, Windows Pro only version and will try that tonight, plus I will also try a new version 1909 ISO from the MCT if that fails.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Seems to have FINALLY fixed the problem of the mouse cursor not appearing right away in the Search box in File Explorer. I can now click and start typing vs clicking multiple times or just start typing blind.

    It seems that, despite of the improvement, there are still some small issues with the search box in File Explorer;

For example, after highlighting text in the search box it still takes two clicks to unhighlight the selected text. Deleting results in the drop-down search results also doesn't work.

And as for Microsoft's right-click fix for File Explorer's Search Box, Rivera's tests showed the box can't be right-clicked until it's activated via a left-click.

Received .NET framework 3.5 and 4.8 on this after yesterday's release of CU KB4532695

    KB4534132 Cumulative Update .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 Windows 10 Jan. 28
It's funny. I got them the other way around, one by one. Yesterday was this and nothing else.........

    KB4532695 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.628 & v1909 build 18363.628-2020-01-30_014613.jpg
And then right now I'm getting this.....

    KB4532695 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.628 & v1909 build 18363.628-2020-01-30_014851.jpg

The order in which these monthly updates are given is a mystery to me.

Repair install with Windows 10 Pro (only) ISO from UUP Dump ran without asking for a password, so the computer is now at 18363.628. MSFT changed default browser to Edge and also messed up my defaults for photos, but at least I am up to date.

Installing now, on 6 machines. So far, so good.

[Note added 20.5 hrs later]I was kinda miffed that I had to reboot TWICE: once after the .NET rollup and once again after the CU. On several machines the CU didn't show up until after I'd dealt with the .NET rollup; on several other machines both showed up together. Strange.
That was the sequence for me too. .Net update appeared and installed yesterday (Tuesday). Today, the Cumulative Update appeared, and was installed successfully.

The Cumulative Update was listed as "Optional". What would happen if I NEVER chose to download/install it? Would it just set there inviting me to download/install, for months and months?

No it would be rolled up into the next cumulative update. Probably on February Patch Tuesday.

I got KB4532695 as optional in my 1909 system, but not on my 1903.
    Why ?
