Using dxdiag's Display tab shows the Notebook I'm on now doesn't have DirectX 12, only 11 back to 9.1.

I reported the DeskScape problem to Stardock 0n 12/17/2019. I was advised that they were able to recreate the problem and fix it. But is was too close to Christmas to issue an update and were not sure when the would issue a fix.
