    If anyone changes their Microsoft account avatar/profile pic, and it seems that edge is not, or taking too long to take on the new one(just happened to me), I found where it's stored so you can make the change yourself:

    C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Edge Profile Picture.png
    Just change the name of your new avatar(make a copy first) from what ever it is now to "Edge Profile Picture", and paste it in.

Edge based on Chromium?

When will Windows 10 have the Edge based on Chromium? Can users who are running the current builds of Win10 can at least test it or will we have to wait after a newer build will be released?
