19541 fails to update in VMWare just like 19536 did. After intial restart, it asks for keyboard, etc. No way out. Shut down guest. Restore 19041 and wait.

I had success installing 19541 on VMWare by putting the virtual HDD in a SATA controller instead of the SCSI controller (which VMWare choose by default when creating a VM by the recommanded way in the wizard)

Update completed... Much better speed than its predecessor, 35 minutes without hiccups.
