Just as I thought. Checking for Updates for a third time repeats the downloading of KB4532441 (little red arrow in screenshot again):

Stupid useless Windows Autopilot keeps installing every time I manually check for updates. I am just going to ignore it by not checking for updates until it is fixed.

So I first read this thread and ran the Windows Update Mini Tool and hid the Autopilot update before running Windows Update. :)

After this update and the Net Framework update installed I ran 'Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup' which went to 20% very quickly and then said 'The operation completed successfully'.

I wonder what's that all about?
I ran DISM but I did install Autopilot and ran cleanup image / restore health and it ran successfully and normally all the way through.KB4532441 Cumulative update for Autopilot in Windows 10 1903 and 1909-dismrestore.png

Why am I getting this update when my PC doesn't use Autopilot? Is this another MS debacle?
    Yes.

It appears to have been pulled now. A Pro machine that hasn't yet checked for updates no longer finds it.

After pausing then resuming, it still finds the offending update. I then ran Wise Disk Cleaner to delete any temp files connected with the update, checked for updates again and this time the offending update was not found.

Thanks. The 'RestoreHealth' also runs normally on mine but the StartComponentCleanup is still messed up.

Oh Great, so if we install this we will get another iteration of autopilot!

I noted this fix "Addresses an issue that might cause error 0x3B in cldflt.sys on some devices."

This might the fix the crash due to cldflt.sys I reported here Crash Due to cldflt.sys on Exiting a 3D Game

The Autopilot update has been pulled - no thanks to MS for lousy software configuration and control.
