Have it installed ok but took 3 hours total. No watermark, third build in a row where Synaptics TouchPad installed itself.

I seem to be on a roll. Last 2 updates 19028/19030 installed on the first try with WU. Both times I left the computer alone for about 1 hour before I pushed [restart] maybe just a coincidence ?? Going to try it again next time.

Well there is always slow ring, that seems to be what you are looking for.

Personally I wouldn't mind if they switched to a Canary (Daily), Beta (Weekly/Monthly), RC (What Release Preview is now).

But that is kind of what we have now Fast, Slow and RP.

You missed the point. I am sure that Edwin, like me, will rather be in Fast Ring. But, to release three Fast Ring builds in a week, all of them only containing some bug fixes, it simply is too much. All these bug fixes could have been delivered as cumulative updates.

For me personally, upgrading two laptops and a few virtual machines. one laptop upgrade taking two to three hours and VM about an hour and a half, I've used two full working days in past week to keep myself in Fast Ring. Why? To get some bug fixes, which usually would have been delivered as a cumulative update.
